§ 152.027 EXPIRATION OF APPROVAL; EXTENSION OF TIME.
   The approval of a preliminary plat shall expire after 12 months from the date approved by the Council, unless within that period a final plat shall have been filed with the Clerk or, unless on timely written application from the subdivider, the Council shall have extended the period. An extension not exceeding two years may be granted by the Council if the subdivider is actively processing the final plat. The total time period, including extensions, shall not exceed three and one-half years.
