§ 152.020 PRE-APPLICATION.
   (A)   To avoid unnecessary costly delays and map revisions, the subdivider is required to consult early and informally with the Public Works Director, public health authority and all utility companies for advice and assistance prior to preparation of the preliminary plat.
   (B)   When a proposed subdivision involves the development of large tracts of land, as in the case of a planned community, the subdivider is encouraged to submit an overall development master plan of the total development, Council and staff review, before preparing and filing a preliminary plat.
