§ 152.007 RELATIONSHIP TO TOWN CODE.
   No land shall be subdivided and developed for any purpose not contemplated or specifically authorized by the Council. A subdivision plat shall conform in all respects to applicable regulations of the town code, including uses of land, lot sizes and dimensions and space for off-street parking areas.
