§ 152.004 SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE.
   There is hereby created a Subdivision Committee to act in an advisory capacity to the Council, and the Committee shall consist of the following members: the Director of Public Works, one Council member, the Building Inspector and two appointed citizens. The Subdivision Committee shall meet at least once a month or as required, and may hold additional meetings as the matters to be considered by it may require. The Subdivision Committee shall consider preliminary and final plats and shall report its finding and recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Commission and to the Council. The Director of Public Works shall be the Chair of the Committee or he or she may delegate the authority to another of the Committee members. If a quorum of the Subdivision Committee cannot be formed due to vacancy of seats on the Subdivision Committee, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall assume the duties of the Subdivision Committee until such time as a quorum can be formed.
