(A) These regulations shall be governed by state laws governing the division and platting of land pursuant thereto. The town subdivision regulations are a necessary and integral set of procedures and requirements developed in conjunction with the town code, and necessary for the implementation of the town general plan.
(B) These three instruments of town planning and zoning constitute the regulations necessary to implement the intent and meaning of A.R.S. Title 9, Arts. 6, 6.1 and 6.2.
