§ 30.061 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Mayor, or the Clerk upon the written request of three members, may convene the Council at any time after giving at least 24 hours’ notice of the meeting to members of the Council and the general public.
   (B)   The notice shall include the date, hour and purpose of the special meeting.
   (C)   In the case of an actual emergency, a meeting may be held upon the notice as is appropriate to the circumstances.
