(A) The Council shall hold regular meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 p.m.; provided that, when the day fixed for any regular meeting of the Council falls upon a date designated by law as a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held at the same hour on the next succeeding day not a holiday.
(B) All regular meetings of the Council shall be held in the town hall.
