Any premises declared to be a nuisance under the terms of this chapter may be closed, padlocked and placed under the custody of the Marshal. Any removable property declared to be a nuisance hereunder may be seized, taken and stored by any police officer of the town. In the event of any property being so closed or seized, as soon as practicable a complaint in writing shall be brought before the Town Magistrate. The Magistrate shall proceed to a full hearing of the matter and shall make the disposition of the property concerned as he or she shall deem advisable.
