§ 95.01 TITLE AND CITATION OF AUTHORITY.
   This chapter shall be known as the “Town of Fredonia Smoke Free Air Ordinance”. The town has the statutory authority to adopt ordinances for preservation of public health under A.R.S. § 36-184(B)(3) and the authority to hold administrative hearings for violations of health regulations given in A.R.S. § 36-183.04.
