§ 94.027 IMPOUNDING FEES.
   The town shall collect a fee from the owner of animals taken up and impounded and duly claimed by the owner, before delivering any animals. An additional fee shall be charged for the taking care of, watering and feeding any impounded animal. All fees collected shall be paid into the General Fund of the town.
