§ 30.001 SELECTION OF MAYOR.
   (A)   Beginning with the election to be held on the second Tuesday November of 2014, the Mayor of the town shall be directly elected by the qualified electors of the town.
   (B)   The term of Office of the Mayor shall be four years.
