§ 94.025 REDEMPTION OF IMPOUNDED ANIMALS.
   If the owner of any animal other than a dog shall, within five days after the animal has been taken up and impounded, apply to the Police Department and pay the fees and charges provided by this chapter, the Police Department shall deliver any animal to the owner.
