Garbage receptacles are provided by the town to specific households, dwelling complexes and businesses in connection with the town’s provision of garbage collection and disposal services. The use of the receptacles is restricted to garbage generated by or within the specific household, dwelling complex or business to which the receptacle is assigned, and it is unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be deposited any garbage, refuse or other item or material not generated by or within the household, dwelling complex or business.
