§ 91.03 COOPERATION WITH OTHER LIBRARIES.
   (A)   The Library Advisory Board and the town librarian may cooperate with other libraries to strengthen the services and resources of the town library.
   (B)   (1)   A request for specialized material or material for which there is only an occasional demand shall be met by interlibrary loan.
      (2)   This service is free; however, there shall be a $2 postage fee per book.
