It shall be unlawful for any commercial truck or semi-trailer with a potential loaded gross weight in excess of 10,000 pounds to park on a public street or right-of-way within the town, except on those streets which are also designated as state highways. This shall include commercial truck tractors and trailers or semi-trailers not carried by or attached to another vehicle. PARK shall mean stopping or standing for any period of time, and other terms used herein shall have that meaning defined in A.R.S. § 28-101.
