§ 71.14 JAKE BRAKES.
   It shall be unlawful to operate a motor vehicle within the town limits with the assistance of a “jake brake”, or to otherwise employ a “jake brake” or similar device considered to be a safety hazard by the Chief of Police in the handling or driving of a truck on any street or highway within the town.
