CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF FREDERICKTOWN, OHIO

557.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day on which solicitation is conducted in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2011-4. Passed 3-7-11.)
