353.02 PARKING WITHIN MARKED LINES OF METER SPACE.

(a) No person shall park a vehicle in a parking meter space in such a way that the vehicle shall not be entirely within the limits of the space so designated by marked lines.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
