339.12 THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   (a)   West First Street from Chestnut Street to Mulberry Street, Simons Avenue from North Main Street to Waterford Road Miami Avenue, from South Main Street to Columbus Road, and Salem Avenue from the corporate line to North Main Street, shall be designated as streets upon which no through truck traffic shall be permitted to drive.
   (b)   Truck traffic shall be defined as any motor vehicle other than an automobile or motorcycle.
   (c)   The Street Department is hereby authorized to erect signs on both ends of such streets designating “No Through Traffic”. (Ord. 1980-24. Passed 6-16-80.)
   (d)   No truck may use Taylor Street for through traffic and said vehicles may only use said right of way while in the process of making deliveries to residents or facilities located immediately adjacent to said street.
   (e)   The Mayor and Municipal Officials are hereby authorized to post proper signs prohibiting trucks from using Taylor Street for any purpose other than making local deliveries.

   (f)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
