(A) Amusements which remain in the county less than 48 hours shall install water closets or chemical toilets of approved design, watertight and flyproof. One such water closet or toilet for each sex shall be provided for every 500 persons or fraction thereof employed on the premises or in attendance at any performance or exhibition of such enterprise. All water closets or chemical toilets shall be readily accessible to those they are intended to serve. The seat openings shall be covered with flytight lids. Each water closet and chemical toilet shall be inspected and approved or disapproved by a representative of the County Board of Health prior to and any time subsequent to its installation.
(B) Every amusement which remains in the county for longer than 48 hours shall comply with the provisions of this section and, in addition, shall have all such water closets and chemical toilets connected with a sewerage system of 1 of the towns in the county or a properly constructed and approved septic tank or cesspool shall be installed at the expense of such amusement.
(C) One person shall remain in constant attendance at each of the comfort stations and toilets provided for public use. Such person shall keep the station clean and properly disinfected so that the public may be protected.
