Washrooms or comfort stations shall be provided for each amusement. They shall be conveniently located and of sufficient size and adequately equipped for the accommodation of all employees and the general public who may attend performances or exhibits. The washrooms shall be equipped with ample running water supply and provided with individual sanitary towels and a sufficient amount of soap.
