(A) An adequate supply of safe drinking water shall be provided by the management of an amusement within easy access to all their employees and patrons. The safety of a particular supply shall be determined by the County Board of Health after bacteriological examinations of such supply have been made and a survey of the watershed has been completed.
(B) Only drinking fountains or spigots of an approved type will be permitted.
(C) Single-service drinking cups shall be provided in sufficient quantity at all spigots. The use of common drinking cups or dipper and the practice of dipping drinking water or other drinks is expressly forbidden.
