§ 1-4-1. DEFINITION.
   The term AMUSEMENTS as used in this chapter shall mean any circuses, carnivals, walkathons, motorcycle races or exhibitions, automobile races or exhibitions of all kinds and boxing or wrestling contests or exhibitions in the county.
   COUNTY. The term COUNTY as used in this chapter shall mean Frederick County, Maryland.
