§ 1-8-467. ESTABLISHMENT.
   As authorized by, and subject to, the provisions set forth in the Md. Code Ann., Tax Property Article § 9-204, Frederick County, Maryland hereby establishes a Frederick County Historic Preservation Tax Credit.
