In accordance with House Bill No. 670 enacted as Chapter 59 of the Laws of Maryland by the Maryland General Assembly during its 2021 Session, the Board may not engage in any of the activities listed in § 3-102 of the Public Safety Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland until July 1, 2022.
