(A) The annual license fee for each trailer coach park shall be $25 for each block of 10 trailer coach spaces or fraction thereof; provided, that the maximum license fee for 1 trailer coach park shall not be more than $100.
(B) In addition to the annual license fee required by subsection (A), there shall be a quarterly fee of $6 for each trailer coach occupying space therein.
(C) The fee for the transfer of a license shall be $5.
