§ 1-17-28. GARBAGE AND RUBBISH DISPOSAL.
   A tightly covered metal garbage can shall be provided for each trailer coach space. The cans shall be kept in a sanitary condition at all times and shall be provided with tight metal covers. Garbage and rubbish shall be collected and disposed of as frequently as may be necessary.
