Laundry facilities shall be provided in trailer coach parks in the ratio of 1 double laundry tub and ironing board for every 10 trailer coach spaces. An electric outlet supplying current sufficient to operate an iron shall be located conveniently near the ironing board. Drying spaces shall be provided sufficient to accommodate the laundry of the trailer coach occupants. The service building housing the laundry facilities shall be a permanent structure complying with all applicable ordinances and statutes regulating buildings, electrical installations and plumbing and sanitation systems.
