For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section.
COUNTY. Frederick County, Maryland.
HEALTH AUTHORITY. The duly constituted County Health Department, or its accredited representative.
NATURAL OR ARTIFICIAL BARRIER. Any river, pond, canal, railroad, levee, embankment, fence or hedge.
PARK. A trailer coach park.
TRAILER COACH. Any portable structure or vehicle constructed and designed so as to permit occupancy thereof for dwelling or sleeping purposes.
TRAILER COACH PARK. Any plot of ground upon which 2 or more trailer coaches occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes are located, regardless of whether or not a charge is made for such accommodation.
TRAILER COACH SPACE. A plot of ground within a trailer coach park designed for the accommodation of 1 trailer coach.
ZONING. Such term shall mean to be zoned for use as a trailer coach park.
