The approval of a final subdivision plat shall not be deemed to constitute or imply the acceptance by the county of any street shown on such plat. Acceptance of streets into the county highway system occurs only after all public improvements have been completed, in accordance with the requirements of the county, as expressed in the Design Manual. Common driveways will not be accepted into the county highway system.
