(A) An accessible, adequate, safe, potable and central water supply shall be provided in each mobile home development.
(B) An adequate and safe central sewerage system shall be provided in all mobile home developments for conveying and disposing of all sewage. Such system shall be designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with state and county laws.
(C) Prior to final plat approval, a public works agreement or performance agreement for community water and/or sewage facilities must be consummated with the county in accordance with its rules and regulations.
(D) Septic systems are prohibited.
