§ 1-16-192. FINAL PLAT.
   A final plat shall be submitted showing the final layout of the development as approved by the Planning Commission. The final plat shall be submitted in accordance with §§ 1-16-86 and 1-16-87 of this Code. The final plat shall be recorded.
