(A) In developments designed and used exclusively for rental occupancy under single ownership, the maintenance of the local roads may be retained by the owner; however, the construction of private roads shall meet county road construction standards and specifications as indicated in the Design Manual.
(B) Commercial and industrial subdivision plats shall be submitted in the same manner and contain the same information, style and format as required of residential development. The standard cross section of the proposed roads and right-of-way dedication in commercial and industrial subdivision shall be in accordance with the Design Manual's nonresidential street design.
