The following words have the meaning indicated.
ACTIVE OPERATIONAL VOLUNTEER MEMBER. A person who meets the training, certification, medical, physical and SCBA Fit Test requirements set forth by the Director of Fire and Rescue Services and the Frederick County Code, as amended.
