(A) No final plat of subdivision shall be approved unless a plan for stormwater management is submitted by the developer and approved by the Division.
(B) A minor subdivision may be exempt from this provision if it meets the exemption requirements of Chapter 1-15.2.
(C) In the event that stormwater must be managed or contained on the site of the subdivision under review, improvements that must be constructed shall be constructed by the developer at the developer's expense.
(D) The required storm water management facilities shall be planned, designed, improved and constructed in accordance with Chapter 1-15.2.
