§ 1-16-89. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PLANS.
   (A)   The subdivider shall file with the Division the necessary improvement plans as determined by staff, prior to or concurrently with the submission of the final plat.
   (B)   The subdivider shall prepare and submit all drawings required to complete construction of streets, storm drains, water mains and sanitary sewers, and all other public improvements, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto in accordance with procedures and criteria contained in the respective Design Manual.
   (C)   The subdivider shall prepare and submit complete project specifications when they are other than or different from county standards. In addition, the subdivider shall submit a tabulated estimate of all quantities and costs, including contingent items related to constructing all required public improvements.
   (D)   The subdivider shall furnish any design data and computations as required. The design data and computations shall be in accordance with the form and procedures established by the Division.
   (E)   Plans submitted under this section shall be prepared, signed and sealed by registered individuals authorized to do so in accordance with the Md. Code Ann., Business Occupations and Professions Article.
   (F)   Following approval, the subdivider shall provide the Division with copies of the approved plans as required.
