§ 1-16-60. REQUIRED INFORMATION.
   (A)   The sketch plans shall be submitted on paper and shall be clear and legible. Illegible plats will be discarded and the subdivider notified.
   (B)   The following information shall be shown:
      (1)   Vicinity map indicating the location of the property with respect to surrounding property and streets. The map shall show all property owned according to tax map if only part of the property is being developed;
      (2)   In the event that a recorded subdivision adjoins the land to be developed, the subdivision shall be indicated with dashed lines;
      (3)   The following title information shall be shown:
         (a)   Proposed name;
         (b)   Scale of plat;
         (c)   Date;
      (4)   The name and address of the owner and the owner’s representative responsible for the preparation of the plan;
      (5)   A north arrow;
      (6)   Boundary of the proposed subdivision. This can be a deed plotting;
      (7)   Topography at 5 foot contour intervals. Contour lines shall be indicated 100 feet beyond subdivision boundary line. Interpolated contours from USGS quadrangle maps will be accepted and shall be indicated on the plan;
      (8)   The location, widths and names of all streets or alleys on or adjoining the subdivision; those preliminary approved or recorded but unimproved and all existing easements (to be indicated with dashed lines);
      (9)   The location of existing and proposed utilities on or within 200 feet of the tract;
      (10)   The layout of all proposed and existing lots with approximate dimensions and minimum area. Lots shall be numbered for review reference;
      (11)   The layout of all proposed streets, including widths of rights-of-way;
      (12)   The approximate location and area of all property proposed to be reserved to public use or to be reserved for use of all property owners in the subdivision and the location and purposes of any proposed easements;
      (13)   Zoning district classification, water and sewer classification of Master Plan for the subject tract;
      (14)   In cases of condominium or multi- family projects (apartment, townhouse, and the like) the following additional items:
         (a)   Approximate location of each building;
         (b)   Total number of units in each building;
         (c)   Number of parking spaces in each off-street parking area and total thereof;
         (d)   Interior road or street access, whether public or private.
      (15)   The locations of all environmental features, including:
         (a)   Streams and their required setbacks/buffers;
         (b)   Wetlands and their required setbacks/buffers;
         (c)   FEMA floodplain and flooding soils and their required setbacks/buffers;
         (d)   Wet soils;
         (e)   Existing forest; and
         (f)   Steep slopes.
      (16)   If the applicant is requesting approval of lot layout, then the proposed septic areas shall be shown.
      (17)   The locations of existing or planned facilities shown in the Comprehensive Plan that may be located on the subject property, such as roads, trails, transit lines, and parks.
