Any person aggrieved by any action of the Planning Commission pursuant to this chapter may appeal to the Frederick County Board of Appeals within 30 days after the Planning Commission action. The decision of the Board of Appeals may be appealed to the Circuit Court in accordance with applicable law. The decision of the Circuit Court may be appealed to the Court of Special Appeals in accordance with applicable law.
