The subdivision name approved by the Division and recorded shall constitute the subdivision's official name. No other name shall be used for advertising or sale purposes unless an approved and amended plat is recorded bearing the revised name. The renaming of only a portion of a subdivision is not permitted. No approved name shall be duplicated.
