§ 1-8-431 NEW JOBS AND ENHANCED NEW JOBS TAX CREDITS.
   There is hereby enacted a new jobs tax credit and an enhanced new jobs tax credit against the county property tax imposed on real property owned or leased by a qualifying business entity or its affiliate.
