The Senior Services Advisory Board of Frederick County shall serve as an advisory council to the Senior Services Division as defined in the Older Americans Act of 1965, 42 USC § 3026(a)(6)(D), as amended, and advise the Director of the Senior Services Division on issues and decisions related to the services of the Division. The Board may also make recommendations for action to the County Executive and County Council.
