§ 1-14-38. DUTIES AS TO PLUMBING CODE.

The Advisory Plumbing Board shall assist the Plumbing Inspector in the promulgation and enforcement of the Plumbing Code and shall recommend changes in the Plumbing Code to the county governing body. Such changes shall not become effective until approved by the county governing body.
