§ 1-14-1. LICENSING OF PLUMBERS.
   (A)   All master plumbers shall make application for a license on forms approved by the administrative authority accompanied by a fee as set by a resolution of the county governing body. The "administrative authority" referred to in this chapter is the Director of the Department of Permits and Inspections or an authorized agent of the Director.
   (B)   Journeymen plumbers shall make application for a license on forms approved by the administrative authority accompanied by a fee as set by a resolution of the county governing body.
   (C)   All septic system installers that are not licensed by the county as a master plumber shall make application for a license on forms approved by the administrative authority accompanied by a fee as set by a resolution of the county governing body and a performance bond in the amount of $10,000 conditioned upon the applicant's proper installation of all work. Such bonds when required shall be in a form prescribed by the administrative authority.
