§ 1-13-17. TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION.
   The County Planning Commission’s territorial jurisdiction shall extend over the county, but shall not include incorporated municipalities lying within the county, except to the extent that the governing bodies of such municipalities request that the plans and regulations of the Commission be made applicable to such municipalities.
