It shall be a misdemeanor to violate any of the terms of this article and anyone convicted of violating any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 or sentenced to jail not to exceed 6 months, or both fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the court. Each day on which a violation continues shall be a separate offense.
