(A) Vehicles using any refuse disposal facilities shall meet the weight limitations prescribed by the laws of the State of Maryland for vehicles. Any vehicle found by the county to be overweight shall be denied access to the landfill.
(B) Vehicles transporting refuse to any refuse disposal facility shall have the refuse covered in such a manner as to prevent the spillage of contents onto county streets and highways.
