It shall be unlawful for any person, organization, corporation or other entity to place in the refuse disposal facilities any wastes that are listed as hazardous in the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, § 3001 printed in Volume 45, No. 98 of the Federal Register of May 19, 1980, or any amendments to that list, or those hazardous substances designated in the regulations of the Maryland State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
