§ 1-11-1. PHYSICIAN’S EXAMINATION AND CERTIFICATE REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION TO COUNTY CHRONIC HOSPITAL.
   No person shall be admitted to the County Chronic Hospital unless a physician’s examination has been made and certified on the application. The purpose of this section is to protect the county against liability for an undiagnosed illness or physical disability.
