The territorial jurisdiction of the County Department of Permits and Inspection shall extend over the county but not including the incorporated towns in the county, except as such incorporated areas may desire to be included. Such inclusion shall be done by filing with the county a certified copy of the ordinance or resolution adopting the service of the county for permits and inspections.
