(A) Waste products from any frozen dairy food establishment shall be disposed of. Such establishment shall be connected to a municipal sanitary sewerage system or some other disposal system approved by the County Health Department.
(B) Subsection (A) shall not apply to mobile units. Mobile units shall be equipped with a tank having a minimum capacity of 50 gallons, which tank shall be attached to the underside of the mobile unit and which tank shall periodically be emptied into a municipal sanitary sewerage system or some other system approved by the County Health Department.
